After a long week at work I got home this evening and was craving something sweet for my dinner. I didn’t fancy zoats (I know, can you believe it!?)…so thought I’d try and make some pancakes!
I didn’t have much protein left in my macros for the day and more carbs, so this recipe doesn’t have quite as much protein as I would usually make! Of course you can adjust to suit your own needs 🙂
They were absolutely delicious – fluffy and super light, and tasted just like ordinary pancakes and only 450 calories including the toppings!
