This beautiful dish has become my absolute go to meal since returning from New York, I have had it every day!
It is super quick and easy to make, and bursting with lots of flavour with the infusion of garlic, chilli and lime along with the coriander.
The perfect source of protein to go alongside rice, noodles or even topped on a pizza! You could also add any veggies you like, of course it’s entirely optional.
