I must eat a stir fry at least once a day, they are my FAVE!
Stir fries are so simple to make, contain so much volume and there are so many different protein sources you can incorporate into them.
I tend to use either prawns, crayfish tails or chicken in my stir fries.
This stir fry was ready to eat in less than 10 minutes and was really tasty.
The contrast of the tangy, spicy prawns with the brown rice and veggies was beaut
